Well the time is getting so close. I was telling a friend of mine on the phone this morning that I have been really lucky this time around. I really did not start getting uncomfortable until a week or two ago. I was extremly uncomfortable for months with Tyler. I honestly think Tyler realizes that Baby Callie is coming this week. I told him I would be in the hospital for a few days and he said Baby Callie is coming, I want to hold her. He was also hiding something yesterday and told me that he was hiding it so Baby Callie didn't get it. He also saw on of his Big Brother t-shirts sitting out upstairs and he said he was going to wear it when Baby Callie comes. I have a few fun little things to give him when he comes up to the hospital. I think he will be excited when he sees them. I had a pillow case painted at one of my favorite stores. It has his name down the side and the Batman logo and Mickey's head. They are his two favorite things ever. I also got an art tray so he can color while he is at the hospital. My dad put his name and the Batman logo on it with vinyl. I also got him a disposable camera and a "I am the Big Brother" photo album, so he can show off his little sister to his friends and school and knowing him everyone he sees. He is catching on a little more than I expected, but we will just have to see how he does.
Last night, Tyler and I stayed at my parents' house. This morning, I put up the valances, put in the new nightlight I made, and added the pad in the changing cover. Saturday, I took Tyler's Pottery Barn chair cover to get Callie's name monogrammed on it. It looks so cute. I also put it in her room. Everything looks so fabulous in there, I am really excited about it. My friend Heather, was in Atlanta this past weekend and she went by Ikea and bought the original rug we had in the room. I had already returned one a month or so ago, but since then realized there is nothing I can find that matches. Who knows for sure if it will work, but we are going to try again. I am still waiting on the toy box, it won't be in until the 18th, then it has to be painted, and my table and chairs we are having refinished. I think we have done pretty good to only have those 2 things left to do. I will take some pictures this afternoon and post them.
