Yesterday, Tyler, Scott, and I went out to run some errands for a bit before the UT/Memphis basketball game. The mall was packed. You would have thought it was Christmas Eve. We had a fun day running around and came home just in time to watch the basketball game. Luckily, UT won the game. I ran to the store and grabbed some food to fix dinner for my parents as we watched the UT bowl game. Our hamburgers and cheese grits were fabulous and I had some left over artic salad from Christmas Eve dinner. Tyler and I sat in bed and watched the New Year's Eve performances on TV. Tyler kept asking me who the performers were on TV so I told him. As I would turn the channel and come back he would say who they were. It was very funny. He actually stayed up til about 12:03 am and we watched the ball drop. We counted down with them on TV and he was excited as we watched it. I gave him a New Year's kiss and he feel asleep soon after.
We don't have too much of an exciting day planned, but I have a few things to get so I can finish packing my hospital bag. It is hard to beleive we only have 13 days to go. I am really getting uncomfortable and no able to get much sleep. I guess this just prepares me for the face that I will be getting no sleep very soon. We have 13 days to get Tyler to sleep in his own bed. I know that if we wait until Callie gets here, Tyler will also get no sleep. Wish us luck!!!
