Callie had a pretty good night last night except for the fact that her temperature got up to 101 degrees. The doctor told us yesterday morning that if it got to 101, the nurses could give her Tylenol. Since she got the Tylenol last night, her fever has been considerably lower. She has been way more alert than she has been since I took her to the doctor last Friday. That always makes me feel like things are getting better. They still have her hooked up to the oxygen and we won't be able to go home until she is off the oxygen, and her stats are up for 12-24 hours. I imagine that is will be Friday before we can go home. I am still very thankful we are here and they are taking such good care of my baby girl. I know this situation could be worse and I am so thankful that this will soon pass.
Callie this morning. She was wide awake for about an hour and a half. It was nice to see her so awake.
Resting peacefully this afternoon.

I am just glad those chubby little cheeks have not disappeared yet!! I am so glad there is an end in sight!
I am so sorry you all have to go through this! I know how nerve racking it is when you have a newborn is. I can't imagine having them sick on top of it all! You and your family are in our prayers. We can't wait to see the new little one and hopefully it will be soon!
