Callie Bug is Still Sick

Well, we are still at Childrens, and will be for at least 2 more nights. This morning, Mom and I thought they might try to send us home today. Callie had a pretty good night and got a little sleep, unlike Sunday night when she coughed the ENTIRE night. Soon after we woke up, things started going downhill a little. Her oxygen stats started dropping down below the 90% they want them to stay above. She also started running a slight fever and her cough was horribly worse than it has been. She is so hoarse and almost cries and coughs silently, it has been so pitiful. Because her oxygen stats kept dropping, they decided they were going to but her on oxygen since she was so tired and was having trouble breathing the way they wanted her to. I know it could be worse, but she looks so pitiful in her oxygen tube. Hopefully, we are close to peaking the worse of this nasty virus and she will start improving. Until then, we will continue to stay here and do all the things they want us to do to get our little precious girl better. Since she is so young, they are going to keep her for a while. They want to make sure she is a lot better before they send us home on our own. Please continue to pray for us. It is really emotionally and physically exhausting. I just want my little bit better.
