Kristie in Knoxville/Baylor's 1st Birthday Party

Tyler and I were so excited for Kristie to come visit us for along weekend.  She came in On Thursday and we had so much fun running around town like we always did in Murfreesboro.  We had to go to her favorite shop here, Southern Market.  We had two wonderful meals at Sullivans and Calhouns with my family for birthdays.  Saturday was a busy day.

Saturday, Tyler went to my friend Carrie Delozier Creswell's little boy, Baylor's, 1st birthday party.  My mom said he had so much fun playing with all the kids with the ride-on toys, balls in a pool, and inflatable bouncer.  Here are some of the pictures with Tyler playing with his new friends.

While Tyler was at the party, Kristie and I got to go to the opening game of the women's basketball season.  Before the game they dropped the Championship banner.  My aunt, Marsha, happened to be at the game and had a great seat at center court, and on the 8th row.  We ended up going down to some empty seats right behind her and were able to watch the second half of the game from fantastic seats.  We were so close to Candice Parker.  We also got to see the UT Majorettes perform during half-time, as always they did fabulous.

Kristie, Scott, Will, and I went to the opening game of the men's season.  I was excited to take Kristie to watch the men for the first time.  It is always a lot of fun at the men's game.

"Bring' m out, Bring' m out, Bring' m out"--The song that plays when the team comes out on the floor.

"Bruuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccccccceeeeeeeeeeeee"

My favorite part of the game---the lights are out and they are announcing the players

It was wonderful to have Kristie here from Thursday to Monday.  We really had a great time.  I am ready for her to move to Knoxville so we can do this all the time.  Love ya Krisite.
