What a Beautiful Day.....

After dropping Scott off at the airport, the kiddos and I headed to the zoo. I can't believe I decided to take them both to the zoo for the first time, BY MYSELF. I was very proud of myself. Tyler was wonderful and actually minded almost the entire time, RARE! Miss Callie slept the whole time and we never heard a peep out of her. Tyler's favorite part of the zoo is a fake cow with utters that you can milk. HAHA! We seriously stood there and he played with that big cow for 30 minutes. I kept having to tell him there were real animals we had to go see. He loved looking at all the animals, but especially the elephants, giraffes, chimps, and llamas. We have watched Baby George, the chimp that was born last year at the Knoxville Zoo, since they first let him out in the exhibit last year. He is so precious and tiny. We were able to eat lunch outside and enjoy the beautiful day. Tyler and Callie are both napping now, but as soon as they wake up, we are heading back outside to enjoy more of this day. I am sooooooooo blessed to be able to do such wonderful things with them during the day. I am ready for the spring and all the playdates will all of our friends and their kids.
